“Let’s Meditate” with Cornell Health: Session 2

Sessions will take place every Wednesday through July 26.
Follow a trained Cornell Health program guide through exercises designed to focus on the breath and quiet the mind.
Drop in for one session or attend as many as you like, no reservation required. Weather permitting, sessions will take place outside on the Mallin Sculpture Court (rain location will be indoors).
Please note that backpacks, umbrellas, food, and drink must be left in the Appel Lobby. You are welcome to bring your lunch to enjoy later in the lobby or the Morgan Japanese Garden.
