Wu Hung presented the Stoikov Lecture on Asian Art as the keynote of the Between Performance and Documentation: Contemporary Photography and Video from China symposium. Wu Hung is the Harrie A. Vanderstappen Distinguished Service Professor of Art History and the College at the University of Chicago and an adjunct curator at the Smart Museum of Art.
The annual Stoikov Lecture on Asian Art at the Johnson Museum is funded by a generous gift from Judith Stoikov, Class of 1963.
