Come make books with us! Join Mia Vienne Brown-Seguin, BFA ’24, and Museum educator Wendy Kenigsberg to fold, bind, and stitch pocket-sized accordion books and unique mutant books using waxed-linen thread, brown paper bags, silk-screened papers, buttons, and beads. We’ll have fun experimenting together in the Museum’s Cox Studio (appropriate for ages 14 and up).
Please note that the afternoon session is for Cornell students only.
This workshop is part of the Johnson Museum’s Art and Wellness series, made possible by a generous member of the Museum’s Advisory Council. Our program provides opportunities for community members to explore hands-on, artistic self-expression and learn new skills in a friendly environment.
