Morning Dew: The Stigma of Being “Brainwashed”
with Soyi Kim

Soyi Kim is the inaugural LB Korean Studies Postdoctoral Fellow of the East Asian Department, part of the Mario Einaudi Center for International Studies at Cornell. Trained in cultural studies and art history, her research specializations include contemporary feminist art, media studies, and body politics of modern and contemporary South Korea and the Korean diaspora.

Wonder and Wakefulness: The Nature of Pliny the Elder
with Olivia Graves

Olivia Graves is a PhD student in Classics specializing in Roman archaeology. She is especially interested in Roman coins and what these objects can reveal about Roman conceptions of value and political authority as well as their role in mediating socio-economic behaviors such as trade and exchange.

Storywork: The Prints of Marie Watt from the Collections of Jordan Schnitzer and His Family Foundation
with Dusti Bridges and Jenine Hillarie

Dusti Bridges (settler descent) is a PhD candidate in Anthropological Archaeology specializing in Onöndowa’ga:’ (Seneca) history and material culture.

Jenine Hillaire (Lhaq’te’mish, Lummi Nation) is a multimedia artist, designer, and PhD student in Fiber Science and Apparel Design. Jenine addresses settler-colonialism, resilience, and futurity in her work both as an artist and a student.
