Learn and
Engage
The Johnson Museum actively contributes to the intellectual life of the campus and community, serving as an important educational and cultural resource for Cornell students and faculty as well as residents of the central New York region.
Class Sessions at the Museum
The Johnson hosts hundreds of Cornell class sessions from more than 50 departments and programs every academic year.
Teaching Resources
Whether you’re looking to reinforce skills, contribute to class content, take a break from the classroom, or all of the above, determining clear goals and outcomes for a class session is essential.
Independent Research
Access to the Museum’s object files, archival material, and other primary resources related to the collections and exhibitions can be arranged by contacting our curatorial department. Please allow 5-10 business days to communicate and plan your research appointment.
