This polychrome ceramic Jama-Coaque effigy of a snarling fantastic being with modeled and applied detailing has a low circular spout or neck with a narrow opening rising from its center back. The figure is depicted prone and resting on its elbows and knees with four raised human-like hands. Its other human attributes are expressed in its clothing: large circular earspools painted blue and a V-shaped garment draping from its shoulders to its chest.
