Pleasures of the Night was curated by students in “Cities Dark and Light” (ARCH 6819), taught by Professor Mary N. Woods. Drawn from the Museum’s permanent collection, it explores how electric light illuminates nighttime activities, suggesting themes of romanticism, promiscuity, and masculinity. The installation will be on view in the Museum’s study gallery (Floor 2L) through December 23.
