The Johnson Museum offers internships in all departments to Cornell sophomores, juniors, and seniors enrolled for the full academic year.
The positions pay $8.75 per hour; 10 hours per week maximum. Work-study applicants are strongly preferred.
Prior museum experience is not required; coursework in art history is useful and preferred for curatorial and education positions. Students who anticipate having heavy course loads should not apply since interns are expected to keep regular hours.
Open internship positions for the 2014–15 academic year are described in the PDFs at right.
The application period for 2014–15 has closed. Interviews will take place in April, and final decisions will be announced by May 2.
