Wyn Kelley, senior lecturer of literature at MIT, will discuss “Arctic Fever: Melville’s Moby-Dick and Art of the North” in conjunction with the Museum-supported seminar "Race, Gender, and Crossing Water: Narratives of Mobility and Escape in the 19th-Century United States."

This lecture is free and open to the public, and funded in part by a grant from The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation.

The Museum is open tonight until 7:30 PM.
