Tim Feeney, director of percussion in Cornell’s Department of Music, will transform the Johnson into an instrument, filling the Museum with slowly changing and reverberating sound. Audience members can wander through the galleries and gauge how their experience of the art changes with the varied musical accompaniment. Feeney’s performance will also feature an improvised segment for a large snare drum. Cosponsored by the Department of Music.
