During each half-hour session, a trained Cornell Health “Let’s Meditate” program guide will lead participants through exercises designed to focus on the breath and quiet the mind. Participants typically sit quietly with their eyes closed throughout the session. Bring your lunch if you wish to eat in our Morgan Japanese Garden afterward!

Drop-in for one session or attend them all. No reservation required, free and open to all. Weather permitting, sessions will take place on the Mallin Sculpture Court underneath the Cosmos light installation.
